Is that chain hard to get on once you get to it? I've never replaced a chain on anything, but it seems to me a metal one-piece chain would be quite hard to fit on a fixed position gear(s).

I'm assuming that is the cam timing? I have no clue how to adjust the valves, I've seen it done before, so is that covered in the manual? I need to find a sort of step by step of that part. I saw a bit about lining up an index mark and a "F" or "T" (I can't remember which) in the cam timing section of the manual.

I picked up a manual off someone's previous post the other day and only have had time to scan the pages. I really do appreciate all the help ya'll have given me. This 1985 Honda ATC350X is powered by a 350cc four-stroke single paired with a six-speed transmission and finished in red and white.Wow, so I'm probably just going to keep it parked until I can get the parts and fix her up. Features include a blue solo seat, electronic ignition, an oil cooler, a grab bar, an adjustable rear monoshock, a kickstarter, a compression release valve, a taillight, twin headlights, front and rear disc brakes, and two skid plates. The ATV was acquired by the seller in 1994, and service in 2022 is said to have included overhauling the brakes, powder-coating frame ancillaries, changing the oil, and replacing the master cylinders, stainless-steel braided brake lines, foam air filter, sprockets, and drive chain. This 350X is now offered at no reserve in Iowa with a bill of sale. The three-wheeler is finished in red and white over a red tubular frame. Equipment includes a blue solo seat with 350X graphics as well as a 2.6-gallon fuel tank, a front skid plate, a taillight, twin headlights, air scoops on the fuel tank, and a frame-mounted toolbox beneath the left fender.

The foot pegs and brackets, rear skid plate, lower frame mount, heat shield, and front sprocket cover were reportedly powder-coated in black by the seller.
